Requirements: 

• College Diploma in Advertising/Marketing or related fields or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years advertising experience in corporate marketing environment or advertising agency, Real Estate marketing experience considered an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Proven communication skills, written and verbal skills.
• Must be a team oriented, creative individual with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Demonstrated experience of media planning, placement and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with printing and advertisement production specs and file types and the ability to discuss these with vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web software, Adobe products with an understanding of graphics software an asset.

As a ComFree consultant, you'll be working on a contract basis and be able to set your own schedule, whether you want to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or all three.

Once selected as a ComFree consultant, you'll be provided with all the training and tools to represent our company. You'll be responsible for collecting property information from our clients in their homes, creating a descriptive summary of their home and providing them with a follow-up training session. This is not a sales role. Your job is to help your client learn to market his own home and keep all the equity he's built up. You can't get a better feeling than that.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Provide a professional in-depth orientation and a follow-up training session at our client's place of residence.
• Take exterior and interior photos of the client's property.
• Accurately document a property's technical and feature information.
• Produce descriptive property write-ups that satisfy our clients and conform to company standards.
• Use ComFree's web-based admin site to submit property information and digital photographs.
• Install and remove client's lawn sign.
• Work in an independent environment with a flexible availability.
• Work out of a home-based office.

Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in a service role is an asset.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Computer with web access.
